I have always had a passion for helping people live a fit and healthy lifestyle. That is
why I have used my experience and expertise to develop THE RICHARDS METHOD. THE RICHARDS METHOD is an integrated system incorporating cardio conditioning, strength training and nutritional recommendations/advice.
Each training session builds on the last. You will be working out at your own pace, however
I will safely push you to the limits of your endurance. By doing so, you will attain the
best results in the shortest amount of time. Because I am multi-certified in injury
prevention, you can feel confident that your safety will always be a major priority of mine.
People are usually very enthusiastic when starting a new training program. Maintaining
that enthusiasm for months (and years) can be problematic. However, THE RICHARDS METHOD allows clients to stay interested and engaged by individualizing training sessions both in exercise content and atmosphere. Whatever helps clients enjoy working out is possible, whether it’s music or conversation or working out with a friend.
I have helped many clients of all ages turn their lives around by building a trusting and
supportive rapport. Let me guide you on your journey toward fitness and health.
